ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Prosper Andre Batinge, the author, is a Ghanaian legal academic. A dual attorney, Prosper has been a member of the State Bar of Indiana, USA, since 2017 and a member of the Ghana Bar since 2020. The interface between the Rule of Law and Development fascinates Prosper; he is a trained Rule of Law for Development practitioner. Prosper publicly propagates the Rule of Law and Development causes in law journals and newspapers. Prosper is committed to bringing the Rule of Law to enhancing human flourishing especially for those at the circumference of the social circle. Prosper sees literature as a potent vehicle for driving towards a more humane society by capturing the human drama in its daily encounter and struggle with justice. Totally Tossed is Prosper’s debut effort at presenting our daily encounter and struggle with justice. For nearly a decade, Prosper was in training towards becoming a Jesuit priest.
